Suffolk Field Hockey Umpires Association, Inc.: The Suffolk Field Hockey Umpires Association, Inc. is an organization that provides umpires for varsity and junior varsity high school field hockey as well as junior high school games within Section XI. Our knowledgeable officials strive to manage games in an impartial manner. We focus on fair application of rules, optimal positioning, knowledge of mechanics, and professional appearance. We value effective communication with one’s partner and clear and professional interaction with coaches and athletes.
